Update, Update!!! So, Saturday night we 3rd floor girls of yesteryear got together and drove to Salado to eat dinner at the Mansion. Oh my word is was SO crazy fun. I love those girls like none other.. Of course, anytime dinner is a 5 hour ordeal and there are 16 girls.. that should tell you something =) Here are some highlight pics from the night.. Oh and Rachel and Laura making funny faces.. that's "Hootie and the Blowfish" haha. =) And the one where I'm in the middle are both of my roommates! Whit's on the left and Jess is on the right. Such a crazy fun group! I love my girls!!!!!!!

Welcome to Baylor! Well I survived leading Welcome Week and then my first week of class! It was so intense! Not much sleep at all.. but it's over and I can chill now that it's Saturday.

Welcome Week was wonderful! I had 25 students in my group with my co-leader, Adam. They were all honor students and 14 of them were Pre-Med, 4 in BIC, and 7 University Scholars! Talk about intimidation. But you know, God is so good and he gave me the best group in the world! I had several students from other countries, one from Turkey, one from Pakistan who covered, one from Taiwan, and another from Bangladesh. We had some great conversations about God and what Christianity is. They were all so wonderful and it was amazing to hear their stories.

So then, the first week of class has come and gone. My professors are great and I love all of them! Seriously, I don't have a single bad one. My chem professor has already given his testimony and all of my professors care so much about all of us. I LOVE BAYLOR! =) Anyway, I have to go help my roommates get ready for tonight, we're having a 3rd Floor reunion tonight at our apartment! =) WOOOOO!!!

Well summer at home is about to be over! I move into my apartment tomorrow morning and start welcome week training on monday! Then we get to meet all the freshmen and help them move in Thursday-Saturday! And then Baylor starts back!!!! I think that I am just a nerd at heart because I am so excited for everything to start back. Then again, it might be that Baylor is just absolutely amazing and I love everything about it so I can put up with 1 or 2 bad classes becuase I love my other classes. Nah.. that sounds nerdy too. =) Oh well.

Ok, so I just made a homemade pizza and I'm afraid that, although my efforts were valiant.. my pizza is somewhat lacking.

Let's first take into consideration that I can't eat beef, pork, wheat, sugar or dairy products (ie CHEESE!) and yet I have a pizza sitting in front of me. (Maybe that's why it isn't quite up to par with Papa John's.)


but making the pizza was loads of fun! I mean, how often do you make a homemade pizza dough and then cook it, freeze it, and then load it up later with pizza sauce and peppers and veggies?? Anyway, it's not bad... but let me just say I wouldn't serve it up to company. Oh well.. another cooking adventure with ME! =)
